Marie Durie

Marie is proud to be a member of the Prudential California Realty team.  She always epitomizes their attributes of the highest ethics and professionalism in the industry.  Marie understands the importance of these qualities not only on a personal level, but also from serving on the Disciplinary Committee for the North San Diego County Association of Realtors.  In this role, she is a member of the team responsible for investigating and handling client complaints in areas of professionalism and ethics regarding Realtors throughout North County.

A proud member of the North County community, Marie believes in giving back to the area.  She was recently awarded a "Community Champion Shining Star" award for her work at the Women's Resource Center in Oceanside.  This is a center that helps individuals and families who may be threatened or victimized by domestic violence.  Marie is passionate about her work with this important organization.  She serves as a primary hotline volunteer, a member of the on-site Response Team, is on the Auxiliary Board of Directors, and is very active in fund-raising efforts.

Marie participates in continuing education on an on-going basis.  This is important to keep current in real estate law and practices.  Additionally, she belongs to several community and real estate networking groups. This enables her to trade information and locate the best partners to deal with her clients in areas such as home improvement.

With the same passion she feels for her community work, she approachs in her daily real estate activities.  Along with her licensed transaction coordinator, Beverly, she is committed to meeting client needs in a smooth and timely manner.  Together they will help you through each phase of your real estate transaction in order to keep your mind at ease.  They are truly dedicated to 100% success in meeting your real estate needs.
